Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a pediatric dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most dental PPO insurance plans and will be happy to file your claims for you.  Please contact our office to verify acceptance your plan and eligibility of your child.  Dr. Cajulis does not participate in HMO’s.  We accept checks, cash and credit cards.  We also offer flexible payment plans. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.  We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We accept Delta Dental Premier and all PPO insurance plans. We are an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier and an out-of-network provider for all other insurance PPOs.
